Assessment Roll is Open for Examination and Open Book

STATE OF WISCONSIN

Town of Jordan, Green County

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2025 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 29th day of April, 2025 at 9 am., until 4 pm, Tuesday, by phone.  Please call, before April 29th,   920-749-1995 to schedule an appointment for the Open Book.

Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. § 70.47.

If you go to the Appraisal company’s website at https://www.apraz.com/ you will be able to search for the Town of Jordan’s assessment roll, otherwise you can be emailed a copy of the roll before the open book, by calling their number above.  In regards to the informational materials, such as the guide for property owners, you can also find that on their website.
